Tier List Methodology
Businesses are ranked considering: profit margins, initial investment, operating costs, staff requirements, and growth potential. Late-game businesses may rank higher but require significant capital.
S-Tier — Best Investments
Highest ROI, excellent profit margins, worth the investment.
- Jewelry Store — Highest absolute profits, premium pricing, but requires substantial initial capital
- Nightclub — Excellent passive income once established, high customer throughput
- Department Store — Massive scale, diverse income streams, great for late-game
A-Tier — Strong Choices
Reliable profits, good growth potential, moderate requirements.
- Fast Food Restaurant — High margins, quick turnover, good for steady income
- Electronics Store — Premium products, good margins, moderate complexity
- Clothing Store — Solid profits, stable demand, easy to manage
B-Tier — Solid Mid-Tier
